Priority 2026 Holiday Blocks

The facility is specifically looking for one provider to secure both holiday blocks:

• Thanksgiving: Nov 24 (@ 0700) – Nov 26 (@ 0700)
• Christmas: Dec 23 (@ 0700) – Dec 28 (@ 0700)

Clinical Scope & Response Requirements

• Clinical "Must": Ability to perform Total Hips is mandatory (specifically for hip fractures coming through the ED). Total Knees are preferred but not a deal-breaker.
• Procedures: General "bread and butter" ER Ortho and simple fractures.
• Response Time: Must answer all calls within 15 minutes and be onsite within 30 minutes when needed.
• Census: Average of 10 inpatient orthopaedic patients.
• Call Volume: Callback ranges from 0 to 4 hours; provider does not need to stay in-house.

Team & Support

• Staff: 2 local integrated surgeons and 1 non-integrated privileged physician.
• Environment: Ongoing need for 1–2 weekends per month following the holiday blocks.

Provider Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Oklahoma (OK) Medical License.
• Board Status: Board Eligible (BE).
• Credentialing: 90-Day timeline.
