Hematology Oncology Locum Opportunity in Ohio

Shift Details:

• Clinic coverage at Marion
• Mondays and Tuesdays and Fridays 8a-4p + weeknight call 4p-8a
• 8a-4p + hospital call during the day and the evening
• Weekend call coverage for Marion AND Grady - 1 weekend per month
• starts Friday at 4p and ends Monday at 8a 

Work Details: 

• Support staff: 1 app 1 RN 1 MA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 day
• Patients per day: 18-20 per day
• Patient population/age: 18yr and older
• Department description: Hematology/Oncology Clinic

Outpatient Clinic/Call Responsibilities: 

• Checking EPIC In Basket Daily/Empty daily (will be attached to previous Locums)
• Placing own orders (nurses will help if needed)
• Sign outpatient notes by EOD or End of the following day. Report off to the next provider in On Call Rotation. 
• Take after call coverage when scheduled (See call coverage calendar) 
• Round on any assigned inpatients in the morning-repeat as needed and complete consult notes by EOD.

• Hospital bed size: no hospital attention

Requirements: 

• Board Certification: Board Certification in Oncology is required
• License required: Active OH license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA: Yes 
• CSR: No
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
