Work Details: 

• Looking to build the PRN pool of physicians 

• Support staff: 1 physician and 1 APP (support stuff for infusion therapy and MA or RN) 

• Patients per day: Volume pending. 

• Department description: 1 physician and 1 APP see patients in clinic and round in hospital. APP assists with patient care and answers questions regarding infusion etc. 

• EMR: Epic 

• Hospital bed size: 90 

Practice Setting: 

Hospital and Outpatient Infusion Clinic 

Board Certification: Board Certified in Oncology 

License required: Ohio license

Credentialing Timeframe: emergency privileges available; 90+ day full credentialing
