March – Start 7 am 3/13/2026 and sign out at 7 am 3/23/2026
April – Start 7 am 4/3/2026 and sign out at 7 am 4/13/2026
April – Start 7 am 4/27/2026 and sign out at 7 am 5/4/2026
May – Start 7 am 5/15/2026 and sign out at 7 am 5/25/2026

- Full service acute care hospital
- Practice Caseload: Adult 100%; Hospital 100%
- Physicians in practice: 1; Mid-levels: 2
- Onsite lab and x-ray
- Documentation System: EPIC
- Total number of beds: 250; ICU beds: 60
Required procedures:
- General CV/Thoracic/Vascular Surgeries
- Coronary artery bypass surgery
- Congential defects
- Valvular repair/replacements
- Aneurysm repair
- Lung resection (including VATs)
- Chest wall/pleural procedures
- Esophagus/diaphragm surgeries
- Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal)
- Ventilation management
- Bronchoscopy
- Evaluation & management of acute vol/BP issues
Submission Requirements
