The Opportunity
A high-volume cardiology practice in Ohio is seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist to lead their diagnostic testing and reading services. This is a strictly clinical, daytime role focused on supervising and interpreting a wide array of cardiac studies.
??Clinical Responsibilities
The provider will supervise and read daily volumes, including:
- EKGs: ~75 per day
- Echos: 15–20 per day
- Stress Tests: 15–20 per day
- Stress Echo / Dobutamine Stress Echo: ~1 per day
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE): 1–2 per day
- Tilt Table Tests: ~1 per day
Procedural Requirement: Must be proficient in performing TEE, Tilt Table tests, and administering Conscious Sedation.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Ohio (OH) license or IMLC state of group.
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Cardiology.
- Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
- EMR: MediTech.
Schedule & Timeline
- Duration: June 1, 2026 – December 2026 (with potential for ongoing extension).
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.
- Credentialing: 90-day turnaround.
