Dates of Coverage: Full time to start ASAP

Practice Setting: Hospital Based

Will the Locum Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs?: both

Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric

Number of Operating Rooms: 8

What is the ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision? Mix daily

EMR: Epic

MD:CRNA Ratio? 1:3/4

Breakdown of case mix? Ortho/ urology/ eyes/ endo

Patient demographic: Adults/ peds: dental eyes only 

Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car

Procedures Required:  

Spinal Anesthesia

Epidural Anesthesia

Regional Anesthesia

Submission Requirements

Board Certified - [REQUIRED] 

Active NY State License at time of submission - [REQUIRED] 

Active BLS, ACLS, PALS - [REQUIRED] 

Providers must be outside of a 60-mile radius - [REQUIRED]
