Dates of Coverage: Full time starting 12/2025
Reason for Coverage: open slot
Practice Setting: Hospital Based
Will the Locum Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs?: both
Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric
Number of Operating Rooms: 8
What is the ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision? Mix daily
EMR: Epic
MD:CRNA Ratio? 1:3/4
Breakdown of case mix? Ortho/ urology/ eyes/ endo
Patient demographic: Adults/ peds: dental eyes only

Procedures Required:

Spinal Anesthesia
Epidural Anesthesia
Regional Anesthesia

Submission Requirements

Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active NY State License at time of submission - REQUIRED
Active BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
