JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 26-bed, Level III NICU
- Average daily census of 22
- 6-bed Level II NICU
- Average daily census of 3
- More intimate care setting
- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- State License Requirements : Nevada
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine – REQUIRED
- Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain Colorado license – REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Visa support requirements (J1 or H1B) – please specify in the "Additional Submission Details" field – REQUIRED
- Experience level: Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements – REQUIRED
