We are looking for both Day & Night PHY coverage, mainly nights PHY shift times= 7a-7p & 7p-7a Please note that every bid MUST have the following information listed on each bid. -Phone number -License Number -Email -Address -DO/MD -DOB ==== For COI's, providers must be enrolled in the NM Patient Compensation Fun (PCF).
