Shift times: 24 hour call - 7am-7am

 Description : is looking for one Orthopedic locum for the below dates. 

Setting: Hospital

FTE: 1.0

Duties: Treat and manage orthopedic patients coming into the ER from our facility.  

Required Procedures: Any orthopedic OR procedures, stabalizations, splinting.

EMR: Meditech, Allscripts 

Support Staff: ER staff, OR staff 

Reason for Coverage: Current provider unavailable this timeframe

Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:

Patients/day –  2-5 patients per day, but this number could increase due to community events. 

Types of cases –  Trauma, fractures, dislocations, sprains, strains, tendon ruptures

Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeks

Submission Requirements

Board Certification – BC [Highly Preferred] will accept truly BE[Required] 

State License – ND[Highly Preferred] will accept IMLC[Required]

Other Certifications – BLS, ACLS [Required] DEA[Highly preferred] required during credentialing

Malpractice – Clean [Highly preferred]
