Neuroradiology Locum Opportunity in Montana

We are seeking a Board Eligible Neuro- Radiology with specialized endovascular fellowship training to provide ongoing stroke call coverage at a premier regional medical center in Montana. This assignment is strictly call-only and focused entirely on high-acuity endovascular interventions within a Comprehensive Stroke Center framework.

Clinical Details & Scope of Practice

• Workload Format: 24-Hour Neuro-Endovascular Beeper Call.
• Clinical Focus: Dedicated strictly to neuro-interventional stroke care, including Large Vessel Occlusions (LVO), Hemorrhagic Strokes, vasospasm management, and other acute endovascular emergencies.
• Exclusions: No general neurosurgery coverage required. You will not be responsible for general neurosurgical trauma or elective spine/cranial call.
• Facility Resources: Practice within a state-of-the-art, fully equipped biplane procedural suite.
• Support Staff: Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) infrastructure handles primary patient triage, rounding, and pre/post-procedural management.

Requirements

• Certification: Board Eligible (BE) in Neurological Surgery, with a dedicated fellowship or documented competency in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology / Interventional Neuroradiology.
• Licensure: Active Montana (MT) Medical License or active, assignment-ready IMLC status.
• Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
