Surgery - Pediatric Locum Job in Kalispell, MT

Schedule : 

• Dates needing covered.
• October 10-13 (8a-8a)
• November 14-17 (8a-8a)
• December 19-22nd (8a-8a) 
• December 26-29 (8a-8a)
•  Call mainly with possible urgent and add-on clinic patients during weekdays

Job Description : 

• We are looking to find One Physician that can cover all of the dates. And there is a little flexibility in the dates and times if needed.

• No ECMO
• Children's hospital within an adult hospital
• Trauma with adult trauma backup
• We have two employed Pediatric Surgeons on staff and one Pediatric Neurosurgeon.

• Minimum Board Certification :  Eligible
• What is the license requirement to bid? : Licensed in MT or IMLC
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe(Days) :  120
