Hematology Oncology Locum Opportunity in Montana

We are actively seeking Board-Eligible (BE) or Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physicians to cover an immediate and ongoing need in Montana. The site urgently requires coverage due to a permanent provider's maternity leave.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Hematology Oncology
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (Initial focused need through March 15, 2026)
• Coverage Type: Call + Clinic
• EMR: Cerner
• License: Active Montana (MT) License required.
• Credentialing Timeline: 60 - 90 Days

Schedule & Commitment

• Total Commitment: Coverage is needed 4 weeks per month.
• Minimum Commitment: Will consider a provider who can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month.
• Daily Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch).
• Daily shift is 8.5 hours of scheduled time.
• Call:
• Weekday Call: Required in addition to clinic hours.
• Weekend Call: 24-hour call is required on weekends.

Scope of Work & Support

• Case Mix: Physicians will be seeing a mix of Hematology and solid tumor cases.
• Support Services: Excellent on-site support team, including:
• APP coverage in the hospital and clinic.
• Nurse Navigator support.
• Supportive and Palliative Care team support.
• On-site Radiation Oncology and Infusion Center.
