Hematology Oncology Locum Opportunity in Montana

We are seeking one to two (1-2) Hematology/Oncology Physicians for a significant coverage need in Montana. This role offers a mix of clinical and call duties in a state renowned for its outdoor recreation and "Big Sky" scenery.

Position Overview

Start Date: May 4, 2026

End Date: December 31, 2026

Coverage Type: Mixed (Clinic + Night/24-hour Call)

Availability: Minimum of 2 weeks per month (Preference for 1 full-time physician or 2 splitting all dates).

Shift Breakdown

Clinic Only: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour guarantee; OT starts after 10 hours).

Clinic & Night Call: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Clinic + 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM Night Call.

24-Hour Call: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM.

Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch included during clinic days.

Clinical & System Details

EMR: MediTech

Facility Setting: Mixture of outpatient clinic and hospital call.

Credentialing Lead Time: 120 Days (Early application is critical).

Candidate Requirements

Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE).

Certifications: Active BLS required.

Licensure: Active Montana (MT) Medical License.
