We are seeking a Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a long-term, ongoing assignment in Montana. The facility has reopened this need and is looking for a provider to anchor a minimum of 1 week per month of consistent coverage. This role balances routine outpatient clinic operations with active Operating Room blocks and a dedicated facial trauma call service.
?Clinical Schedule & Targeted Open Dates
The facility is actively seeking immediate coverage for the following summer blocks. Bids must explicitly state which dates the provider can accommodate:
- July Block 1: July 1 – July 9, 2026
- July Block 2: July 20 – July 27, 2026
- August Block: August 24 – August 31, 2026
Daily Schedule Structure
- Clinic & OR Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch).
- OR Pacing: Operating Room block time is scheduled 1 day per week.
- Call Profile: Integrated weeknight and 24-hour weekend beeper call during the active coverage week.
Clinical Scope & Volume
- Practice Setting: Comprehensive, general community ENT practice.
- Trauma Requirement: Facial trauma experience is mandatory. Providers must be comfortable managing standard facial trauma, specifically including mandible fracture repairs.
- Acuity Restrictions: General head and neck cases only; complex head and neck oncological reconstructions are not required.
- Ancillary Support: Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support is available to assist in both the clinic and the OR.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Eligible (BE) in Otolaryngology.
- Licensure: Active Montana (MT) Medical License or an active, assignment-ready IMLC status.
- Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
