General Cardiology Locum Opportunity in Montana

Locums- Missoula

Looking for locum coverage until a new provider(s) is hired for the facility. Ideally we would have 1-3 locum providers to cover a total of 3 weeks per month. Providers will be scheduled weekly, Monday 7am – Monday 7am

This assignment will be primarily working in the hospital or clinic depending on greatest need. 

Call schedule will be dependent on the staffing level of the hospital. Weekends are 24 hour call, mostly all phone calls. Providers are rarely called in to see patients. 

Tasks for this assignment may include:

General Cardiology Hospital Rounds and Call Assignments Weekdays, General AM 7am-5pm, General PM 5pm -7am 

General Cardiology Ambulatory Clinic New Patients, Monday thru Friday 8am -5pm (clinic hours may vary based on need, providers will be scheduled for 8 hour shift)

Echo call (Reading echo only) 7a-5p, 25 echo reads per day. Inpatient + echo reads, 12 echo reads per day

Nuclear Cardiology Interpretations 24 Call assignment as the reader on call. (This is not required, but highly preferred to have a provider who is certified in reading Nuclear studies)

Weekend 24 hour call coverage
