We are seeking a Board Certified CRNA for a long-term, ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a high-performing Level II Trauma facility in Minnesota. This position primary centers on standard, daytime scheduled surgical cases with a default no-call structure, providing an exceptional balance of complex clinical exposure and excellent quality of life.
?Clinical Environment & Scope
- Practice Model: 100% Medically Supervised. You will collaborate directly with an attending Anesthesiologist.
- Surgical Footprint: Practice within a robust surgical ecosystem featuring 15 active Operating Rooms and 4 high-volume Endoscopy suites, alongside specialized cross-coverage to out-of-OR specialty areas.
- Call Optionality: While the baseline contract is entirely call-free, the facility has a highly valuable secondary need for call coverage; providers willing to take on evening or weekend call rotations will receive high scheduling and rate priority.
- Pediatric Sub-Specialty Opening: The system features a unique, dedicated opportunity for a Pediatric-Trained CRNA to anchor ENT and outpatient specialty services inside their community Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (NBCRNA) required.
- Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) Advanced Practice Nursing License or an active, assignment-ready IMLC passport.
- Life Support: Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
