Description : 

We are seeking a Board Certified Urologist to join our team for long-term coverage! We are searching for a 1 year or longer commitment 2 week on/2 week off rotation, dates flexible. Suggested dates below. August 2026 start preferred: 9/21/26 Onsite orientation 9/22 - 9/25 10/19 - 10/23 10/26 - 10/30 11/9 - 11/13 11/16- 11/20 12/7- 12/11 12/14 - 12/18 *Will work with locum and agency to determine 2027 dates Coverage consists of Monday- Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm. No call NO CALL COVERAGE! Scheduling consists of 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation to best serve our community. We have a clinic space ready for the Urologist, and a Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite. MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA required; Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology; Current certification or board eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery) Required previous experience: At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12 months. Start date TBD, based on completion of credentialing and Physician availability. We have facility lodging with many amenities, if available during scheduled shifts. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
