Clinic regular hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

Outpatient Clinic Hours during shift:

 Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri — 1:00 PM–3:00 PM (these appointments occur within the 8-hr onsite day).

Call coverage after hours.

EEG reads inpatient and outpatient as needed. When there are no outpatients scheduled or if not for the entire time, the candidate will be expected to still provide onsite hospital coverage

6-8 patients per day

Procedures Required:

• Radiologic Exam Interpretation
• Lumbar Puncture (Spinal Tap)
• EEG
• Brain Death Examination
• Evoked Potentials

Submission Requirements

 All must be notated at time of name clear

• Board Certified in Neurology – [REQUIRED] (BE not accepted)
• Active Michigan license – [REQUIRED] at time of name clear
• Provider must be local - No flights - [REQUIRED]
• Active DEA confirmation - [REQUIRED]
• Rates MUST be submitted at time of name clear - will not be sent over without - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
• BLS and ACLS certifications (NIH Stroke Scale/tPA competency [PREFERRED]
• Clean Malpractice details – include carrier, coverage limits, and confirm if malpractice is included in the rate
• Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) [REQUIRED] at time of presentation. 
• Availability and preferred shift type clearly listed

• DEA

State License Requirements

• Michigan

Additional License Requirements

• Mi License - DEA - BC in Neurology
