Need for MI licensed provider to cover the following dates: 

Dates: 

• 3/25 (orientation)
• 3/26 (7am)-3/30 (7am)
• 4/16(7a)-4/20(7a)
• 6/12(7a)-6/15(7a)
• 12/11(7a)-12/14(7a)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9 hour shift with an hour lunch (8 hours billable) with 15 hour call shift overnight.

Weekend call 24 hours 

All OT and CB hours must be logged on the timesheet PRIOR to the submission.

We would need an immediate turnaround on the credentialing application and billing enrollment packet. Start date TBD upon completed credentialing.

Well established, highly accomplished Endo Unit team

Average 12 patients per day

EMR - Athena and Cerner

Certification: BC, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS

License: MI
