Internal Medicine / Family Practice Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Facility is looking for a Primary Care Physician to cover in Roseville.

• 12-16 patients per day; Family practice- all ages, although peds are rare
• Ideal candidate will be able to offer 3 days per week consistently- prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
• 1 NP current support staff is 1:1 MA per physician
• Labs drawn in house
• No radiology in house
• 2 Procedure rooms in office- only minor procedures done in office
• Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads that are Board eligible
• EMR- EPIC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days 

Submission Requirements

• Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads who are Board eligible- [REQUIRED]
• Michigan license in hand-  [REQUIRED]
• Epic Experience- Preferred 
• MI DEA-  [REQUIRED]
• 3 day per week availability minimum, will take 5 days per week- [REQUIRED]
• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday- preferred
• Clean background for quick credentialing-  [REQUIRED]
• ACLS & BLS through AHA –  [REQUIRED]
