Description

Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a respected hospital providing care across a full patient demographic—from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong focus on general surgical cases and opportunities to engage in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia.


Job Description

  • Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure
  • Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures
  • Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process
  • Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
  • Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op)
  • Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards
  • Work four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
  • No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts)
  • Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center
  • Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases
  • Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms, with rotating assignments based on need
  • Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed



Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

  • Board Certified CRNA - [REQUIRED]
  • Active MI license - [REQUIRED]
  • Clean Background- [REQUIRED]
  • ACLS & BLS through AHA - [REQUIRED]
  • PALS - [REQUIRED]
  • Must have 1 year CRNA experience - [REQUIRED]
  • No job gaps- [REQUIRED]
