Hospital is looking for a CRNA to provider sporadic PRN coverage.
- Sporadic PRN coverage. Potential for future sporadic prn coverage dates.
- Surgery setting
- EMR: Epic
- Will be supervised by an anesthesiologist
- 20 surgical cases per day w/endo
- Level 4 trauma
- Patient demographic: Peds to geriatric
- 13000 annual volume
- Fully staffed OR staff
- 2 ORs, 1 endo suite
- Will accept someone needing a license
- Must be experienced and comfortable working independently
Prior to starting:
1. Provider must take an Epic training prior to start - can fill out waiver if they have years of experience.
2. Orientation prior to start is required
Within 30 days of start:
1. Provider must have a physical and 5 panel drug screen (not reimburse-able)

- Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) [REQUIRED] at time of presentation.
