Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician for a long-term NICU back-up call assignment in Massachusetts. This role is designed to provide secondary support to the neonatology team, ensuring comprehensive coverage through the end of the year.

?Clinical Details

Role: Back-up physician for the NICU MD on call.
Scope: Specialized support for neonatal intensive care needs and high-risk deliveries as required.
Format: Call Only.
EMR: Cerner.

Requirements

Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Pediatrics.
Life Support: Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) Medical License.
Experience: Comfort and proficiency in a NICU environment are essential.

Timeline & Logistics

Start Date: May 29, 2026.
Credentialing: 90-day process.
