Radiology Locum Opportunity in Louisiana

We are seeking a Board Certified Radiologist to provide remote diagnostic support for multiple sites in Alexandria, LA. This role focuses on high-acuity emergency and inpatient imaging with a predictable midday-to-evening schedule.

?Assignment Timeline

• Start Date: April 2, 2026
• Onboarding: Emergency Privileging Available (Standard window is 90 days)

Schedule & Rotation

• Shift Times: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST (Monday – Sunday)
• Rotation Options: * 7 On / 7 Off (Ideal)
• 14 On / 14 Off
• Minimum of 14 shifts per month
• Requirement: Must be available for holiday coverage as needed.

Clinical Scope & Volume

• Case Mix: Primarily STAT/URGENT ED and Inpatient exams, including Stroke and Trauma protocols.
• Volume: Annual volume of ~10,752.
• Productivity: Minimum requirement of 32 RVUs per shift.
• Tech Stack: RPCE and Powerscribe 4.0.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Louisiana (LA) State Medical License is mandatory.
• Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Location: 100% Remote (Must have a secure home workstation).
