SCHEDULE: On-call Shifts 7a-7a; 1-2 weekends per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•  Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based
• Dates of Coverage: 1-2 weekends per month (Thurs or Fri AM - Monday AM) 
• No other urologists onsite during assignment
• Number of Urologists in Group: 1 MD provides inpatient support, 2 APRNs are ambulatory/clinic-based only
• Labs & X-rays onsite

Required Procedures:

• General Urology
• Advanced Endoscopic Techniques
• Ureteroscopy
• Laser Certification

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temp privs available

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible - [REQUIRED]
• KY License - [Preferred], willing to accept providers with IMLC
• BLS/ACLS Certified - [REQUIRED]
• Flu Shot - [Required]
• COVID Vaccination - [Highly preferred]
