- Mid-Week: Monday, July 14, 2025 at 7:00 AM - Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 7:00 AM

About the Opportunity:
Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible Pediatrician to provide short-term call coverage on two separate occasions in 2025. This is a call-only opportunity, requiring the physician to be available for pediatric-related calls during the specified dates and times.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 24/7 on-call coverage for pediatric needs during the listed coverage periods.
- Responding to calls from the Emergency Department, hospital, and potentially other units regarding pediatric consults and emergencies.
- Providing guidance and treatment recommendations via phone and in-person as needed.
- Collaborating with hospital staff and other medical specialists.
- Documenting all relevant patient interactions and care in the MediTech EMR system.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Pediatrics.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in KY.
- Experience providing pediatric call coverage.
- Ability to manage a wide range of pediatric emergencies and consults.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
