We are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon for a recurring monthly locum tenens assignment in Kansas. The facility's primary objective is to secure one committed long-term provider to cover a consistent 10-day block each month. If a single provider is unavailable, a small, dedicated pool of rotating locums will be considered.

- Monthly Commitment: 10 consecutive days of call and clinic coverage per month
Monthly Schedule & Clinical Scope
During the 10-day active coverage block, the schedule is structured as follows:
- Call Coverage: 10 total on-call shifts per month.
- Outpatient Clinic: Three (3) 8-hour days of clinic (or a combined total of 24 hours of clinic time) integrated within the 10-day block.
- Surgical Volumes: Includes the potential for two (2) 8-hour days of dedicated elective surgical cases, depending on facility and patient volumes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) required
- Licensure: Active Kansas (KS) medical license or active eligibility via the (IMLC)
- Required Certifications: BLS
