Coverage needed Aug. 1

Ability to see patients in a timely manner and execute precise and accurate treatment to them in a timely manner. Our typical patient load is between 10-15 daily treatments. With weekly OTV visits on Wednesday. Consultations vary from 1-2 consults per week to 3-4, with this being a 45 minute scheduled visit.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : 

• Board Certified;Board Eligible: REQUIRED
• Active IL State License: REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Years Experience: REQUIRED
• IL DEA: REQUIRED
• Active IL State License: REQUIRED
• Certifications Required: ACLS;BLS: REQUIRED
• CSR License: REQUIRED

POSITION DESCRIPTION : 

• Patients Per Day: 10-15
• OTV visits on Wednesday
• Consultations: 1-4 
• 45 Minute Scheduled Appointments
• Will Candidate Work Solo?: No

• 18+: 50%
