General Cardiology Locum Opportunity in Illinois

Schedule: Immediate need as soon as credentialed for inpatient hospital rounding M-F 8:00a-5:00p, one-two weeks per month, in house, Saturday (up to 8 hours) and Sunday (up to 8 hours). On call TBD (one weeknight of call and one weekend of overnight call). 

7 ??-day assignments (including weekend before or after)

1 Weeknight Call (5p-8a) & 1 Weekend Call night (5p-8a) – specific call nights TBD

Inpatient Rounding Service (M-F) including in-house call (8a-5p) up to five weekdays.

Weekend Hospital Rounding & Consults

Mon (8a) – Sun (5p) or Mon (8a) Call TBD

No Clinic & No Virtual/Telehealth Visits

??Cardiac Diagnostic procedures, including ECHO and ECHO Call coverage

REQUIREMENTS: Board-certified or Board Eligible in Non-Invasive Cardiology. All candidates MUST be comfortable/experienced (and have the recent case logs) with a standard Cardiology office outpatient clinic, including but not limited to Cardioversion, Echo Cardiogram, Nuclear, TEE's, and occasional ECHO and or TEE call coverage. ECHO is a REQUIRED procedure for any presented candidates.

BC/BE in Non-Invasive Cardiology

IL License Active – Required

BLS Certification - Required

ACLS Certification-Required

Availability per request - Required

Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred

PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required
