Hospitalist Locum Opportunity in Idaho

Facility is seeking a Locum Hospitalist for their Urgent need starting July 2026-ongoing

Schedule:

• 12-hr shifts:  Days, Swings, Nights
• Candidates MUST be able/willing to cover 2 weeks per month (14 shifts) ongoing
• If they can only cover towards the end of July for a block or two, that is ok, but then they need two weeks per month availability August-ongoing

Current Open Dates: 

Days (Rounding 7a-7p):

• July 3-5
• July 7-10
• July 21-23
• July 27-31
• July 28-Aug 3

• Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process
• MD/DO diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs
• All medical licenses
• DEA
• Board Certification
• Life support cards- BLS
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver’s license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
• Active ID License or active IMLC (provide LOQ at time of name clear) - [REQUIRED]
• Candidates MUST be able/willing to cover 2 weeks per month (14 shifts) - [REQUIRED]
• Must submit proof of COVID vaccine by time of Presentation  - [REQUIRED]
• MUST have clean background - [REQUIRED]
