Medical Center Nampa is looking for an Interventional Cardiologist to fill their need!
Schedule:
- Call coverage ONLY (No Clinic)
Current Coverage Needed: 24 hour call
- 11/4 (7a) - 11/10 (7a)
- 11/27 (7a) - 12/2 (7a)
- 12/2 (7a) - 12/8 (7a)
- 12/24 (7a) - 1/5 (7a)
- 1/22 (7a) - 1/27 (7a)
- 2/18 (7a) - 2/24 (7a)
- 3/19 (7a) - 3/24 (7a)
- 4/16 (7a) - 4/21 (7a)
Details:
- Inpatient only
- Patient volume varies - 3 consults per day, 2 procedures per day
- Trauma level II
- 18 ICU beds, 18 tele beds, and 10 CMU beds
- APP support - APP's- M-F 1-2 APP's are staffed during the day, weekends- 1 APP for 5 hours/day
- Interventional cardiology procedures required
- TEE's would be highly preferred. Balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUs and IFR are important.
- STEMI volumes vary greatly. In 2020 they averaged 3 STEMI activations per week

- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certs

- Driver’s license

- CMEs for the past 2 years
- Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - [REQUIRED]
- Active ID license or active IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear) - [REQUIRED]
- Clean malpractice and no background - [REQUIRED]
- Local candidates, no flights - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - [REQUIRED] - Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear
- Must be able to cover most/all of these open dates - [REQUIRED]
