- Patient Demographics: Neonates with gestational ages of 28+ weeks. Less than 28 weeks is typically stabilized and transferred to a higher level of care.
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: Varies based on NICU census
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 6.3
- Services offered in the practice: 10 bed Level III NICU with an ADC of 6.3. Capacity to increase to 12 NICU infants for short period of time.

Additional Information from the facility:
We are an integrated NICU. Infants remain in LDRP with family. If unstable, the neonate can be placed in a separate room or in our NICU proper.
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible - [REQUIRED]
- Active IA License or Active IMLC (please provide LOQ at time of name clear) - [REQUIRED]
- Fellowship Trained in Neonatology - [REQUIRED]
- Clean Malpractice/Background History - [REQUIRED] - please upload NPDB (must be pulled within the last month or within 90 days)
