ENT/Otolaryngology Locum to Perm Opportunity in Iowa

Medical Center is looking for a FULL TIME Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist to fill their need!

Schedule:

• Patient Contact Hours: 36
• Shifts per month: 1.0 FTE
• Clinic Hours: 0730-1700
• Clinic Days: M-F
• Procedure/OR Days: When there is open time. We will work with the OR on scheduling cases
• On Call: To be included in the call schedule

• This will be for inpatient and clinic coverage. 
• Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes
• Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
• Ancillary Staff per provider: 1:1
• Procedures offered in the practice: All ENT services are provided in this practice
• # Exam Rooms per Provider: 2:3
• Medical Imaging: Yes, this service is available in the building, just not the clinic itself
• Lab & Pharmacy: Yes. These services are in the building, just not provided in the clinic itself
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more patients
• Appointment Length: 15
• Teaching Opportunity: Yes
• EMR: EPIC

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - [REQUIRED] 
• Active IA License or Active IMLC (please upload LOQ at time of name clear) - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - will review providers that needs to obtain license
• Must be available Full time - [REQUIRED] 
• Must be experienced - [REQUIRED] 
• Clean Malpractice/Background - [REQUIRED] - please upload Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) at time of presentation
