Description : St. Joseph’s is a hospital-based radiation center with two linear accelerators, a TrueBeam (2018) and Halcyon (2024), a Flexitron HDR afterloader (2024), and a Siemens CT simulator (2015).  Further, a Mevion S250-FIT proton accelerator is being installed and will go-live in the 2nd quarter of 2026. Treatment planning software includes Eclipse TPS, ARIA OIS, and MIM software. Candidates with clinical experience in proton therapy are desirable.  Full time coverage expected on site 8am-4pm and night call.  Call back is minimal.  Weekend call is rotational and will not exceed two weekends per month.  Annually, St. Joseph’s Hospital registers 1,600 new cancer cases and the cancer program is certified by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the American College of Radiology.
