We are seeking two dedicated Emergency Medicine Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens engagement in Florida. This position is ideal for providers who prefer a high-volume clinical environment without the burden of on-call responsibilities.

Position Overview

• Staffing Needs: 2 Physicians
• Recruitment Radius: Candidates must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility.

Clinical Details

• Annual Volume: 30,000
• Patients Per Hour (PPH): 2.0 – 2.2
• Admissions: Handled by the Hospitalist team.
• Shift Times: * Physician: 6a–3p | 1p–10p | 9p–6a
• APP Support: M-F (10a–10p, 3p–Midnight) | Sat-Sun (10a–10p, 3p–1a)
• Schedule Note: Candidates must be open to mixed shifts, with a specific focus on overnight coverage.

Requirements

• Board Status: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (EM Residency Trained).
• Certification: ABEM or ABOEM only.
• Licensure: Active Florida Medical License or IMLC state of intent..
