JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Schedule: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call (infrequent)
- Assignment Length: 6 months - 1 year assignment with possibility to extend.
- Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
- Reason for coverage: LOA
- Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10
- Adults/Geriatric
- 80% Hem 20% Onc *no internal Med
- 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs
- 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient
- Level I Trauma
- EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted.
Submission Requirements

- CT license in hand at the time of submission - NO exceptions - [REQUIRED]
