Hand Surgery Locum Opportunity in Colorado

Hospital Central s looking for a Locum Hand Surgeon to fill their need!

?DETAILS:

• THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION. 
• Schedule: 4-5 days per month, ongoing. 
• Board Certified in Hand Required (will not consider BE, or BC in GS w/ Hand Fellowship)
• Must be Fellowshipped in Hand Surgery, not just experienced
• Facility uses EPIC EMR
• Lvl. I Trauma
• Credentialing takes a full 90 days
• Facility is wanting weekday coverage from a locum, not just weekends.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - [REQUIRED] (Not accepting BE. Must be BC in Hand Surgery and fellowship trained in Hand. BC in Ortho or Plastic w/ a Hand Fellowship will be accepted. BC in Gen Surg will not be considered)
• Active CO License or Active IMLC LOQ - [REQUIRED]
• Must be available on the last two weeks of July and most of August - please note at time of name clear - [REQUIRED]
• BLS - [REQUIRED]
• Please upload Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days at time of presentation - [REQUIRED]
