Hospital's ENT team is looking for Urgent locum support. Coverage begins as soon as Dec 15th, 2025.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Dec 15-17 (a)
- Potentially 2 weekends per month ongoing, pending PAC approvals for the additional coverage.
Details:
- 24 hour call (7a-7a)
- Setting: Inpatient, Call Trauma Level 1
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Standard ENT coverage.
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: None
- Reason for Coverage: Provider resigned leaving gaps in call coverage.
Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: less than a week for Temps
- Credentialing with other facilities? No
- Requirements: Self inquiry NPDB report must be provided and CO license or Active IMLC to release preapplication.
- Requirements: Preapp and full app must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of initial app to allow enough time for AD account creation for EMR requirements. Once both are submitted, provider is moved to "applicant in training" which initiates AD Account creation for provider EMR account and can take up to 5 days before release of EMR training requirements.

- Board Certified Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery - [REQUIRED]
- Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission - [REQUIRED]
- Active BLS - [REQUIRED]
- Active CO DEA - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA only, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)

- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - [REQUIRED]
