Interventional Radiology Locum Opportunity in California

We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist for an ongoing, on-site position. This is an intermittent need, requiring coverage for 1-2 weeks per month to fill existing gaps.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST (on-site). IR Call coverage is from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. PST.
• Case Mix: The role involves IR with body-general reads.
• Procedures: Expected to perform 1-3 procedures daily, including paras, thoras, embolizations, lumbar punctures, and other light IR procedures.
• Reads: Inpatient Routine, STAT, and Stroke cases.
• Productivity: The expected productivity is 47 RVUs per shift.
• Holidays: Expected to cover any holidays that fall within the scheduled weeks.
• Technology: RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0.
• Credentialing: Emergency privileges are available. The provider will primarily be sitting in one location but can be credentialed elsewhere to read across SVDI sites.
