Schedule & Availability
The facility is seeking two providers to cover 7–10 days per month each.
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (8 Guaranteed Hours).
- Weekends: 12-hour Call (includes 1.5 hours of patient contact; minimal call-back expected).
- Overtime (OT): Applies after 10 hours per day; must be pre-approved by the Medical Director.
?Mandatory Provider Qualifications
- Licensure: Active California (CA) License and CA DEA (must be in hand).
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3–5 years of residency.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
- Clinical Activity: Must demonstrate 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in PM&R.
- Work History: Any employment gaps greater than 3 months must be explained in writing.
Credentialing & Privileging (90-Day Timeline)
The facility has a rigid 90-day process that only begins once the initial paperwork is returned:
- RFA (Request for Appointment): Must be returned within 48–72 hours.
- Application: Must be submitted within 5 days.
- Temp Privileges: Eligibility is only reviewed once the full file is completed.
