Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary care services to a diverse patient population, including both pediatric and adult patients. This position offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on patient-centered care.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10-hour shifts may be available
- Patient Volume: Minimum of 18 patients per day (PPD)
- Patient Population: Mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Specialty Consideration: Family Medicine physicians preferred
- Chronic Pain Management chart closures required within 72 hours
Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) accepted
- Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
- Active DEA license required prior to start date
- Family Medicine background preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and patient management skills
Credentialing & Hiring Process
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 30–60 days
- Six weeks is common when applications and supporting documents are submitted promptly
- Hiring decisions are typically made within 7–14 days
Required Credentialing Immunizations & Health Documentation
The following are required for credentialing prior to start:
- 2025–2026 Flu Vaccine
- TB Status or Chest X-Ray results (within 90 days prior to start date)
- Positive MMR Titer or completed immunization series
- Positive Hepatitis B Titer or completed immunization series
- Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or completed immunization series
- Tdap immunization within the last 10 years
- or a locum tenens style description.
