Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine Preferred)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice providing care to both adult and pediatric patients. Candidates with Internal Medicine training are strongly preferred; Pediatric experience is not required but is considered a plus.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: Minimum expectation of 18 patients per day (PPD)
- Patient Population: Mix of adult and pediatric patients
- Chart Closure Requirement: All charts must be completed within 72 hours
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (preferred)
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Active DEA license required prior to start date
- Nurse Practitioners must possess a valid Furnishing License with Schedule II authority
- Strong clinical and documentation skills

Required Immunizations & Health Documentation
The following are required prior to credentialing/start date:
- Current 2022–2023 Flu Vaccine
- TB Status/X-Ray Results (must be dated within 90 days prior to start)
- Positive MMR Titer or complete immunization series
- Positive Hepatitis B Titer or complete immunization series
- Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or complete immunization series
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
