We are seeking a qualified Interventional Cardiologist for an inpatient, 24-hour call-only locum tenens assignment in Eureka, California. This coverage involves targeted blocks over the November and December holiday seasons with ongoing potential.

Clinical Scope & Procedures

• Practice Breakdown: 75% Interventional / 25% Non-Invasive.
• Requirements: Nuclear medicine (NUC) reading and active NUC activity are required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Board Certification: Board Eligible (BE) within 3–5 years of residency.
• Licensure: Active California (CA) medical license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and an Active California Fluoroscopy Supervisor and Operator Permit (Required).
• DEA: Active federal DEA required.

• Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 Days

Submission & Presentation Requirements

• Hospital Clinical Activity: All Hospital-Based Specialties (HBS) require proof of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in your specialty.
• Case Logs: Detailed current case logs must be included with the presentation for surgical specialties.
• CV Guidelines: An updated CV listing all hospital affiliations must be uploaded. Any employment or service gaps greater than 3 months must be fully explained.
