Urology Locum Opportunity in Arizona

Work Details:

• Support Staff:  1 employed MD , MAs assigned
• Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates
• Patient Volume: ~15–18 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures: 10–15 per week
• Surgeries (OR): 3–4 per week
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Size: 99 beds
• Robotics: available (not required)

Procedures:

• Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
• Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Interview Process:Phone interview

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE
• License: Arizona license or IMLC (will look at licensing for Aug on dates)
• DEA: Required
• CSR: Not required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe:Approximately 30 days

• July 3: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a
• July 4: 8a–8a (24h beeper call)
• July 5: 8a–8a (24h beeper call)
• Aug 15: 8a–8a (24h beeper call)
• Aug 16: 8a–8a (24h beeper call)
• Nov 23: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a
• Nov 24: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a
• Nov 25: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch)
• Dec 28: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a
• Dec 29: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a
• Dec 30: 8a–5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a
