- Thanksgiving Block: November 26, 2026 (7:00 AM) – November 30, 2026 (7:00 AM)
- Christmas / New Year Block: December 22, 2026 (7:00 AM) – January 4, 2027 (7:00 AM)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Board Certification: Board Eligible (BE)
- Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) medical license or active eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Required Certifications: ATLS and ACLS
