The "Hybrid" Rotation Model

The facility is looking for a provider to manage both the onsite and remote components to ensure continuity of care.

• Onsite Block (2 weeks per month):
• Clinic: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Call: Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend hospital call.
• Virtual Block (2 weeks per month):
• Tele-Call: 24-hour virtual hospital call coverage (no onsite presence required).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Alaska (AK) license (will consider candidates willing to obtain a temporary AK license while the full license is in process).
• Board Status: Board Certified (BC).
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS.
• EMR: Epic.

Credentialing: 90-day timeline.
