The Rotation Model

The facility requires a single provider to manage both blocks to ensure continuity of care for their pediatric patients.

• Block A: Onsite Clinic (2 Weeks/Month)
• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Call: Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend hospital call.
• Compensation: Overtime (OT) paid after 40 clinical hours per week.
• Block B: Virtual Call (2 Weeks/Month)
• Schedule: 24-hour remote hospital call coverage (no onsite presence required).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Licensure: Active Alaska (AK) license preferred.

Credentialing: 90-day timeline.
