- Hospital bed size: 25 bed hospital; 5 bed ED

Requirements:
- Board Certification: required - ABEM or ABFM/IM accepted. If FM/IM they must have extensive EM experience.
- State license required: required
- DEA: required
Certifications preferred:
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS,
- Minimum experience required: 2 years
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
- Willing To License?: YES (IMLC only)
