Description

We are seeking Board-Eligible (BE) or Board-Certified Physicians for ongoing Locum Tenens coverage in our Walk-In Clinic in Wisconsin, aiming to fill the equivalent of a full-time position (1.0 FTE).

Coverage Type: Clinic Shifts
Call Requirement: No Call
EMR: Epic
License: Active Wisconsin (WI) License required.
Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days

Schedule & Commitment

Need: Seeking providers to cover a 1.0 FTE commitment (can be fulfilled by multiple providers).
Weekday Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts).
Weekend/Holiday Hours: Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5-hour shifts).
Expectation: Providers are expected to work full shifts plus necessary documentation time.
